Shipping

We offer shipping anywhere within the U.S. on most items in our collection. Large, heavy, or extremely delicate items are available only for local pickup. Each item will specify if shipping is not available in the description. Expect shipping within one week of purchase. Shipping is automatically calculated based on dimensions and weight through UPS and USPS ground transportation. You will receive a confirmation with tracking information shortly after purchase. We try to reuse packaging materials as much as possible, so while your package might not look pretty on the outside, it’s what’s on the inside that counts! Once an item is shipped, Wandering From is not responsible for damaged or lost goods.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available in Leesburg, Virginia for all items. We schedule pickups in downtown Leesburg. You can select local pickup during checkout. After purchasing an item, you will get an email confirmation. Please try to schedule a pickup within 2 weeks of purchasing items. Once the item is ready to be picked up, we will reach out about scheduling a time to meet. We try to be as flexible as possible about scheduling, but please be patient with us if we are out of town or have to prioritize our day jobs. We are generally available weekday evenings and on the weekends, but we will be flexible on finding a time that works for both parties. If items are not picked up at the scheduled time without any notice, they will be assumed abandoned and will be re-listed for sale.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final! We do our best to provide you with the most information possible about the size and condition of items. All items are vintage and/or second-hand, so minor flaws are expected in pieces due to age. Please make sure to read all descriptions and to look at each photo for imperfections. Shipped items are packaged carefully. Feel free to reach out with any questions about the condition of an item prior to purchasing, as we do not accept returns or exchanges.
